We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager with a strong
background in Organization Development to lead our HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have
expertise in various areas including performance appraisals, labor laws, and organizational policies.
They will play a key role in enhancing our organizational effectiveness through the development and
implementation of HR strategies and programs.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee
engagement.
Collaborate with senior management to identify areas for improvement and implement change
management initiatives.
Design and conduct organizational assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities
for growth.
Lead the design and implementation of talent development programs to build a high-performance
culture.
Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring it is fair, transparent, and aligned with
organizational goals.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management best
practices.
Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on relevant labor laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.
Advise management on legal issues related to employment, including disciplinary actions,
terminations, and employee grievances.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree
preferred.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a focus on Organization Development.
In-depth knowledge of performance management systems, labor laws, and HR best practices.
Strong understanding of organizational development principles and change management processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of
the organization.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR teams and drive initiatives forward.
Prior Start Up experience Preferred.
