Executive/Senior Executive – CRM.
Responsibilities
- Issuance of Allotment Letter.
- Preparation of Sale Agreements.
- Invoice/ Demand Management.
- Collection - Meeting set Targets.
- MIS Management.
- Handling Customer Grievances.
- Inter department coordination for timely compliance of data.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in real estate companies only.
- Well versed with Real Estate CRM Transactions & processes
- Good with numbers and calculations. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
