We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at HOUZBAY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting prospects into customers by showcasing properties that meet their investment needs.
Responsibilities
Converting prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate properties to the
prospects, which match the investment need of the prospects.
Contacting and following up with new prospective Clients and setting up new business
opportunities.
Plan approaches and pitches. In some cases, Cold calls for sales of Primary properties.
Taking prospects for site visits in projects, answering all relevant queries in the process,
liaising with Developer or with Team for any clarification required for that.
To be compliant with the operations process.
Ensuring that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction with HOUZBAY at
all touch-points.
Providing after-sales services and assisting in Home Loans for the customers.
Achieving written down sales targets by the organization.
Attending developer meetings & channel partner orientations as and when required.
Should be comfortable working 6 days a week with a week off on Tuesday.

Graduate (Any) and Post-Graduation (Any)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter, Team player
Attention to detail & ability to manage time effectively
