We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries and understanding customer requirements to provide relevant property information.
Responsibilities
Dialling inquiries and understanding the requirements, and sharing relevant information
about the properties
Making contact with customers to understand their needs, including their budget and the
location they'd require
Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients
Work on understanding clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit
them
Making daily connected calls of 80–100
Identifying the potential customer and scheduling site visits ensuring that the LMS is
frequently updated with all enquiries and feedback.
Should be comfortable working 6 days a week with a week off on Tuesday.
Requirements
Graduate (Any)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter, Team player
Attention to detail & ability to manage time effectively
